/ What is The Bra Fit Experience
The Bra Fit Experience is an education and bra fitting service built on body literacy. Your body is constantly signalling to you. I teach you to read it. How it changes, how it behaves, and what that means for how a bra should work with you, not against you.
Bra fitting has always been treated as a transaction. You get handed a number and sent on your way. But a living body is not a fixed equation. It shifts through your cycle, your life stages, the natural rhythms of being in a body.
So this is not a service that hands you a number. This is private one-to-one fittings. Courses, workshops, and talks. A protected community of women learning their bodies together. A methodology that begins with the bra and reaches into everything it touches. Your comfort. Your confidence. Your relationship with your body.
A size expires. Understanding never does. It changes as your body changes, and it is yours for life.

I grew up hating my body, in an industry that only ever handed me a size and made me feel like I was the problem. It was when I finally learned to understand my own body that everything shifted, not just the fit, me. So I built The Bra Fit Experience, so no woman has to carry what I carried.
