  • Every bra you own and wear, assessed with you, so you know exactly what each one has been doing to your body and which ones are worth keeping
  • Assessment of your bra and your shape on the body
  • Your size determined and fully explained, so you can carry it into any shop in any country
  • Different styles and constructions tried on your body, so you feel the difference rather than take my word for it
  • Education on your breast shape and how it affects your fit
  • Guidance on which bra styles and constructions work best for you, and which never will
  • How to wear, adjust, wash and store your bras so they last
  • How your fit changes through your cycle and through your life
  • Personal fit notes and a shopping list of exact styles and sizes for your body
  • The Bra Fit Method
  • A twenty minute follow up call two to three weeks later, once your new bras have arrived and you have lived in them

Before your fitting

Do I need to undress on camera?

You wear your best fitting bra so I can fit you by sight. It is a completely private space, just you and me on a Microsoft Teams call, and nothing is ever recorded or shared unless you approve it. Your comfort comes first, always.

What do I need for the fitting?

Just yourself, a phone or laptop with a camera, and good bright lighting so I can see clearly. Bring the bras you currently wear and your best fitting ones, and a list of any questions you have. No measuring tape needed.

What if I do not know my size?

That is exactly why you are here. Most women do not, and you do not need to know anything before we begin. I will guide you through every step.

I have tried fittings before and nothing worked. Will this be different?

Yes. I do not use a tape measure, I fit you by sight. This is a body education for you and your own body, so you understand what to look for when you measure yourself, and why your size is your size.
